Our founder, Bob White, has over 35 years of experience designing and developing custom industrial scale machines and facilities. His experience spans multiple industries including  Aerospace, Automotive, Appliance, and Construction. His creations range from small stand alone machines to fully automated robotic systems and facilities. He has written and designed many of the globally recognized safety systems for the resistance welding industry.

When forming Redstone Technologies, Bob began to research scientific improvements in the idea of converting plastic to carbon.. It was then, that he had the idea for what has now become the Plastic Waste Eliminator (PWE)
